If you are a new customer, we strongly recommend you contact us by email or phone before sending a transfer as we are not a retail operation with retail hours (i.e. no nights/weekend). We operate in an office environment. Additionally, we travel regularly for work, which could delay our availability to complete the transfer to you at times. Note if you call and we do not answer, please leave a message - we will get it quickly and contact you as quickly as possible. Ideally, provide a cell number so we can easily communicate by text if necessary.

You will need to bring:

• A government issued drivers license or ID with your current address on it.
• Concealed Weapons Permit if you have one (eliminates mandatory waiting period).
• Resident Alien Card, If you are not a US Citizen.
• $35 cash as we do not accept credit cards.

We handle standard firearms (we not a SOT/Class III dealer for SBRs, machine guns or silencers). When you come to the office you will complete an ATF Form 4473 and we will conduct the required FDLE background check. Once we receive approval, we can complete the transfer. 

Usually it only takes a few minutes. But sometimes it can take hours to get a response - the speed is completely out of our control. There are basically no exceptions for these checks - i.e. if a Sherriff's Deputy is in uniformed and armed, we are still required to do a background check. 

Also, all firearm purchases and transfers are subject to a minimum 5 business day waiting period (i.e. not including weekends or holidays) unless you have a concealed weapons permit - even if you bought guns from us previously. So be sure to bring your permit if you have one.

We fully comply with all State and Federal laws, including waiting periods and background checks. We are only permitted to transfer to Florida residents. If we sell a firearm to an out of state person, we must ship it to a FFL in the other state who is willing to accept/perform the transfer.

Until we receive an approval on the background check, we cannot complete the transfer. In rare cases someone might placed on pending decision (usually due to a previous case that was not properly closed), or denied. Regardless, we will work with you to put you in contact with FDLE to determine the issue, and/or assist in showing you how you can appeal a denial. Usually we have to return the firearm to the selling dealer until the issue is resolved. 

Important: You cannot buy or possess a firearm if you are under the age of 21, a convicted felon, someone convicted of domestic violence (including misdemeanors), a non-Citizen or Resident Alien, mentally ill, dishonorably discharged from US military, etc. Also, its a felony to purchase a firearm as a "straw buyer" for another person. Visit the ATF website to review the online Form 4473 and see the full list of questions you will need to attest to.
